I had a wonderful experience at Blue Diamond Resort, thanks to the attentive staff and beautiful surroundings. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, providing a fantastic view of the lagoon. Dining options provided high-quality meals, but we did wish for more variety at breakfast. While the distance from the beach was a bit lengthy, the resort's bikes and golf cart services compensated well. Overall, it was a fantastic getaway that we plan to revisit soon.

Staying at Blue Diamond was quite a mixed bag for us. On one hand, the property is stunning and has a beautiful jungle feel to it. The room we had, although a bit lacking in temperature control, was spacious and elegantly designed. However, our experience was marred by multiple issues with service, particularly related to the butler service which didn't meet our expectations, especially given the price we paid. Also, we had a concerning experience with a scorpion sting which was handled poorly by the staff, and the beach left much to be desired with seaweed and muddy waters.
